VOTING FOR RATIFICATION OF THE 2022 – 2023 “REOPENER” COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REOPENER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UFF-UWF AND THE UNIVERSITY OF WEST FLORIDA WILL OCCUR AS LISTED BELOW:

ALL MEMBERS OF THE FACULTY BARGAINING UNIT ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE REGARDLESS OF UNION MEMBERSHIP.
VOTING SHALL BE BY SECRET BALLOT OF BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS WHO ATTEND THE MEETING.
BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS SHOULD BRING IDENTIFICATION TO VERIFY VOTER ELIGIBILITY.
VOTES SHALL BE PUBLICLY COUNTED AND THE RESULTS ANNOUNCED AT THE CONCLUSION OF VOTING AND COUNTING.
THE PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE 2022-2023 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING “FULL-BOOK AGREEMENT ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:

ITEMS for RATIFICATION:
Article 25: Salaries
[Article 25: Salaries includes a 3.0% cost-of-living increase to base salary, a 2.9% one-time bonus, and an agreement for a 9% promotion rate to the ranks of Senior Instructor, Senior Lecturer, and Senior Research Associate. Article 25: Salaries also includes the rollout date for promotion eligibility for these positions as well as an agreement that if the promotion percentage increases in the future, faculty who receive the promotion rate of 9% will receive the difference above 9% if it is ratified at a higher percentage in the future.]
